Grievance Resolution
If you have a problem with any of the services provided by this practice please contact
our Practice Manager. Contact should be made in writing specifying clearly the nature of
the problem. If our Practice Manager cannot resolve your grievance he may arrange an
appointment for you to discuss the matter with the Practice Principal. Should the matter
still be unresolved and you wish to proceed further, we will advise you how to contact the
Department of Community and Health Services, the relevant government Minister, or the Health Ombudsman.
Email Policy
The Practice employs email for non-clinical communicating service only.
The Practice is concerned about security, confidentiality and the timely
collection of messages transmitted through the use of email.
The Practice expressly excludes email as a method of communication clinical
information. No consulting service will be conducted by email.
